Alfred Assane Ndiaye
Founder of Keur Espoir
A specialised educator and English boxing coach, Alfred has dedicated his professional journey to supporting a wide range of vulnerable groups: people with disabilities, unaccompanied minors, children in protective care, and asylum seekers. Drawing on this experience, he has developed a deeply empathetic approach tailored to individual needs.
Passionate about boxing, he passes on the values of discipline, respect, and perseverance through his commitment. With Keur Espoir, Alfred works every day to inspire those he meets to overcome obstacles and fully realise their potential.

Stephanie Mohammodally
President of Keur Espoir
A professional coach and trainer, Stéphanie specializes in transforming commercial practices and creating inclusive spaces that embrace diversity. Active between France and West Africa, she is driven by the conviction that committed leadership, impact-driven sales, and inclusive cohesion are the cornerstones of resilient organisations.
With a dual background in fieldwork and strategy, built over more than 10 years of experience in sales, management, and coaching, she brings her expertise to Keur Espoir to champion an ethical, sustainable, and intercultural vision of social impact.

Melanie Siot
Secretary of Keur Espoir
With over 20 years of experience in social action, Mélanie is currently training in social engineering to strengthen Keur Espoir's impact. She supports communities by promoting their autonomy and inclusion, leveraging empowerment to create sustainable solutions adapted to local needs.
Within the association, she collaborates with teams and partners on multicultural initiatives with high social impact. Her skills in English, Spanish, and project management allow her to effectively contribute to transformative actions, consistent with Keur Espoir's mission.

Joackim Dadjo
Founding Member and Project Coordinator
Sports physiotherapist Joachim is one of the founding members of Keur Espoir. He coordinates the association's projects from conception to implementation, ensuring their relevance and impact.
His dual expertise in health and sports development allows him to design initiatives tailored to the needs of beneficiaries, while promoting the values of inclusion, solidarity, and performance that drive Keur Espoir.
